Abstract
The results presented in this study indicate that cortisone-resistant thymocytes stimulated with concanavalin A produce interferon and interleukin-2. The kinetic studies show that the peak of interleukin-2 activity precedes the maximal level of interferon activity which occurs later and does not show as rapid decline as the activity of interleukin-2.

本研究呈现的结果表明，用伴刀豆球蛋白A刺激的可的松抗性胸腺细胞会产生干扰素和白细胞介素-2。动力学研究表明，白细胞介素-2活性的峰值先于干扰素活性的最高水平出现，干扰素活性的最高水平出现较晚，且不像白细胞介素-2活性那样迅速下降。
