Abstract
A case of attempted termination of ventricular tachycardia using raid overdrive pacing combined with double extrastimuli resulted in acceleration of the ventricular tachycardia. This case demonstrates the potential for acceleration of ventricular tachycardia when pacing termination is utilized.
