A series of 113 Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from clinical specimens were used to study efficacy of transfer of determinants of PNC, STM, CMP, TTC, ERY and KAN resistances in mixed culture of donor strains and the recipient S. aureus strain 5849-fur-r, rif-r. It was found that TTC resistance was transferred at the highest frequencies (G = 3.93 X 10(-5], the differences in transfer of PNC, STM, CMP and ERY resistances were not significant at P less than or equal to 0.01. The efficacy of transfers turned out to depend on numerous factors having a multiple effect.
从临床标本中分离出113株金黄色葡萄球菌菌株,用于研究供体菌株与受体金黄色葡萄球菌菌株5849-fur-r、rif-r混合培养时,青霉素(PNC)、链霉素(STM)、氯霉素(CMP)、硫代硫酸铋(TTC)、红霉素(ERY)和卡那霉素(KAN)耐药性决定簇的转移效率。结果发现,TTC耐药性的转移频率最高(G = 3.93×10⁻⁵),PNC、STM、CMP和ERY耐药性转移的差异在P≤0.01时不显著。转移效率取决于众多具有多重效应的因素。
