Abstract
- An improved specific and sensitive method for the separation and detection of polyamines, based on an automated ion exchange chromatography, is described. 4. The mean contents of polyamines in embryos at different stages of development are reported. The data show a direct correlation between the cellular polyamine content and the growth rate of the embryo.
