A case of pulmoblastoma in a six years old boy is presented. Nomenclature, epidemiology, morphology, classification as well as dignity and pathogenesis of this rare tumor of the lung are discussed. By biogenic and electron microscopic findings reported in the literature this tumor is considered as an embryogenic tumor of the lung.
本文报告一例6岁男孩肺母细胞瘤。讨论了这种罕见肺肿瘤的命名、流行病学、形态学、分类以及性质和发病机制。根据文献报道的生物成因和电子显微镜检查结果，该肿瘤被认为是一种肺胚胎性肿瘤。
