[Dynamics of the participation of different health departments in the detection of tuberculosis].

The detection of new cases of tuberculosis in the territory can be achieved with efficiency with the contribution of medical dispensaries, of polyclinics, and of bed units in conditions of an integrated anti-tuberculous fight, in the frame of the current activity of the sanitary network. The integration action has a favourable influence on the participation of these units in the detection of tuberculosis. The most advanced cases have been diagnosed in the hospitals.
