Abstract
A case is presented of a patient with microinvasive carcinoma of the vulva which was treated by conservative surgery. Six years later, the patient developed inguinal and pelvic lymph node recurrence of carcinoma. A review of the literature on similar cases is also presented.

本文报告一例外阴微浸润癌患者，该患者接受了保守手术治疗。六年后，患者出现腹股沟和盆腔淋巴结癌复发。本文还对类似病例的文献进行了综述。
