The biological value of new canned meat baby food "Kroshka" with an addition of a protein enrichment agent was investigated. The introduction of protein enrichment in the formulation of the canned food was found to increase its biological value, the latter being related to the concentration of the protein addition. Moreover, the study of canned food containing an additional protein enrichment agent had a beneficial effect on hemopoiesis as well as on the function of the liver and on some aspects of the mineral metabolism.
对添加了蛋白质强化剂的新型罐装肉类婴儿食品“Kroshka”的生物学价值进行了研究。研究发现，在罐装食品配方中添加蛋白质强化剂可提高其生物学价值，且生物学价值与蛋白质添加量有关。此外，对含有额外蛋白质强化剂的罐装食品的研究表明，其对造血功能、肝脏功能以及矿物质代谢的某些方面具有有益作用。
