Abstract
Four cases of hepatic granulomatosis with positive Yersinia serologic tests are reported. In one case, the Wright serodiagnostic tests were also positive. In the three other cases, no other likely etiology was demonstrated. The authors recall the main causes of hepatic granulomatosis, diagnostic criteria of Yersiniosis infections, and the possible occurrence of simultaneous positive serodiagnostic tests for Yersinia enterocolitica type 9 and Brucella abortus.

报告了4例耶尔森菌血清学检测呈阳性的肝肉芽肿病病例。其中1例，赖特血清诊断试验也呈阳性。在其他3例中，未发现其他可能的病因。作者回顾了肝肉芽肿病的主要病因、耶尔森菌感染的诊断标准，以及9型小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌和流产布鲁氏菌血清诊断试验同时呈阳性的可能情况。
