Abstract
Cultures of Rat pleural mesothelial cells obtained after isolation of parietal cells metabolized benzo(a)pyrene to organosoluble and hydrosoluble derivatives. This property is well maintained since it was observed with cells at 6th passage as well as after 39 passages.

分离壁层细胞后获得的大鼠胸膜间皮细胞培养物可将苯并(a)芘代谢为有机可溶性和水溶性衍生物。自第6代细胞以及39代细胞后观察到该特性以来，此特性一直保持良好。
