Poole of lipid-transferring proteins was studied by means of isotope dilution in supernatants of liver homogenates of rats maintained on highly carbohydrate diet or treated with phenobarbital. In the both animal groups pool of lipid-transferring proteins was higher as compared with controls. Administration of actinomycin D into the animals, kept on the carbohydrate diet, normalized the protein content, thus indicating the induction of the proteins.
通过同位素稀释法，对食用高碳水化合物饮食或用苯巴比妥处理的大鼠肝脏匀浆上清液中的脂质转运蛋白池进行了研究。与对照组相比，这两组动物的脂质转运蛋白池均较高。对食用碳水化合物饮食的动物给予放线菌素D后，蛋白质含量恢复正常，这表明这些蛋白质是被诱导产生的。
