In the experiments on hybrid mice CBA X C57Bl6 the effect of the preparation Progress with different (16.5% and 24.5%) content of the surface-active agent--olefine sulphate on benz(a)pyrene induced carcinogenesis has been studied. The cutaneous application of the substance has evidenced enhanced carcinogenesis under the exposure to a larger of the two dosages: skin tumors in the experimental group were noted in 68.75% of animals, in the control group (application of the carcinogen)--in 19.44%. Under the condition of peroral administration of the agent no enhancement of carcinogenesis was revealed, meanwhile proventricular tumors appeared in the group where the carcinogen was administered without the preliminary carcinogen exposure.
在对杂交小鼠CBA×C57Bl6进行的实验中,研究了不同(16.5%和24.5%)表面活性剂含量——烯烃硫酸盐的制剂“进展”对苯并(a)芘诱导的致癌作用的影响。该物质的皮肤应用表明,在两种剂量中较大剂量的暴露下致癌作用增强:实验组68.75%的动物出现皮肤肿瘤,对照组(施用致癌物)为19.44%。在经口给予该制剂的情况下,未发现致癌作用增强,同时,在未预先暴露于致癌物而施用致癌物的组中出现了前胃肿瘤。
