[Clinical trials of interferon in ophthalmology].

Abstract
The clinical trials of interferon in ophthalmology have been carried out mainly using a method of topical administration to viral keratoconjunctivitis. Eye infections by herpes simplex virus in humans have been shown to be benefited by interferon. Topical combination therapy of herpetic keratitis by interferon with debridement or other antiviral agents would be more effective. Epidemic keratoconjunctivitis have failed to respond favourably to interferon except some symptoms.
摘要
干扰素在眼科的临床试验主要采用局部给药的方法用于病毒性角结膜炎。已证明干扰素对人类单纯疱疹病毒引起的眼部感染有益。干扰素与清创术或其他抗病毒药物联合局部治疗疱疹性角膜炎可能会更有效。除了一些症状外，流行性角结膜炎对干扰素治疗反应不佳。
