The influence of 2-amino-2-thiazoline on the level of total sulphydryl groups in the haploid and diploid yeast cells Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Pichia guilliermondii has been studied. The increase of radioresistance of the yeast cells has been shown to be connected with the growing content of the endogenous thiols.
研究了2-氨基-2-噻唑啉对单倍体和二倍体酿酒酵母及季也蒙毕赤酵母细胞中总巯基水平的影响。结果表明，酵母细胞辐射抗性的提高与内源性硫醇含量的增加有关。
