Abstract
p6e results of the treatment of 21 cases of psoriasis with etretinate are reported. The initial doses was 1 mg./Kg./daily for 8 weeks and, after control of the disease, minimal doses alternative with placebo administration. This method permits to obtain good results with minimal side effects.

报告了用依曲替酯治疗21例银屑病的结果。初始剂量为每日1毫克/千克，持续8周，疾病得到控制后，用最小剂量与安慰剂交替给药。这种方法能以最小的副作用获得良好效果。
