Abstract
The calculated phonon spectrum of Z-form poly(dG-dC).poly(dG-dC) between 400 and 1600 cm-1 is reported. Comparison with the available data shows the very good agreement between theory and experiment. The eigenvector displacement is used to assign the characteristics of some of the important modes.
