Abstract

The yield of reciprocal translocations was investigated in spermatocytes of CBA male mice irradiated immediately after their birth or after the irradiation of the stem spermatogonia at the age of 3 months. The doses of irradiation were 100, 200, 400 r X-rays and 300 r gamma-rays 60Co. The yield of translocations in both groups was the same.

对出生后立即接受照射或3个月大时精原干细胞接受照射的CBA雄性小鼠精母细胞中的相互易位产率进行了研究。照射剂量为100、200、400伦琴的X射线和300伦琴的60Coγ射线。两组中的易位产率相同。
