The placenta of Wistar rats with various forms of diabetes mellitis was studied by electron microscopy. Metabolic disturbances characteristic of alloxan diabetes mellitus failed to derange the trophoblast ultrastructure during the existence of placenta and produced no changes in the ultrastructure of the fetal vessels similar to the changes in the capillary ultrastructure of other organs and tissues in this pathology.
通过电子显微镜对患有各种形式糖尿病的Wistar大鼠的胎盘进行了研究。在胎盘存在期间,四氧嘧啶糖尿病特有的代谢紊乱并未扰乱滋养层超微结构,并且在胎儿血管超微结构中未产生类似于该病理学中其他器官和组织毛细血管超微结构变化的改变。
