Serum electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis were performed in 67 patients with Sjögren's syndrome. We found a monoclonal gammapathy in 11 cases: IgG (10 cases) and IgM (1 case). 1 monoclonal gammapathy was detected in 2 of 21 patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome. All patients with monoclonal gammapathy were asymptomatic.
对67例干燥综合征患者进行了血清电泳和免疫电泳检查。我们发现11例患者存在单克隆丙种球蛋白病：IgG（10例）和IgM（1例）。在21例原发性干燥综合征患者中有2例检测到单克隆丙种球蛋白病。所有单克隆丙种球蛋白病患者均无症状。
