Spontaneous migration of peripheral blood leukocytes, lymphocytes and neutrophils was studied in normal subjects. It was found that lymphocytes possess a marked migration activity which is more conspicuous in T cells. Subpopulations of T lymphocytes (T helpers/T mu/ and T suppressors/T gamma) also differed in the migration capacity. T mu proved to be more active as regards migration, while T gamma did not virtually migrate.
对正常受试者外周血白细胞、淋巴细胞和中性粒细胞的自发迁移进行了研究。发现淋巴细胞具有显著的迁移活性,在T细胞中更为明显。T淋巴细胞亚群(辅助性T细胞/Tμ/和抑制性T细胞/Tγ/)在迁移能力上也存在差异。就迁移而言,Tμ表现得更为活跃,而Tγ几乎不迁移。
