Abstract

The determination of spectrum of blood plasma fatty acids was performed in patients with purulent surgical infection. The surgical infection was shown to bring about changes in the content of free fatty acids (FFA) in blood plasma. In patients with sepsis undulatory changes in the content of FFA of blood plasma were typical. Sharp and stable decrease of FFA content was observed in patients with critical development of sepsis and lethal outcome. The increased content of FFA was established in patients with septic shock.

对患有化脓性外科感染的患者进行了血浆脂肪酸谱的测定。结果显示,外科感染会导致血浆中游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量发生变化。脓毒症患者血浆中FFA含量呈波动变化是其典型特征。在脓毒症病情严重发展及出现致死结局的患者中,观察到FFA含量急剧且持续下降。在感染性休克患者中,FFA含量升高。
