[Luschka's or Thornwald's pharyngeal bursa].

The normal pharyngeal bursa can be projected in the supero-posterior aspect of the nasopharynx near the lower end of the pharyngeal tonsil. If the orifice became occluded, a pseudotumoral cyst, known as Thornwald's cyst or disease, may develop.
