Abstract
An unusual case of melanocytoma in the optic disk was reported. At the initial examination, unilateral papilledema and irregular concentric contraction of the visual field with fair vision were observed. In the follow-up study, central retinal artery occlusion occurred and vision deteriorated to blindness. Subsequently, a darkly pigmented lesion appeared and enlarged slowly during the period of 14 years. The pathogenesis of visual disturbance caused by the melanocytoma was discussed.

报告了一例视神经盘黑色素细胞瘤的罕见病例。初次检查时，观察到单侧视乳头水肿以及视野呈不规则同心性收缩，视力尚好。在随访研究中，发生了视网膜中央动脉阻塞，视力恶化为失明。随后，出现了一个色素沉着较深的病变，并在14年期间缓慢增大。讨论了黑色素细胞瘤引起视觉障碍的发病机制。
