[Use of the human lymphoid Raji-line cell culture in tests of the toxicity of perfluorocarbon emulsions and their separate components].

The possibility has been shown of utilizing the culture of human lymphoid Raji cells as a highly sensitive object for toxicity testing of perfluorocarbon emulsions and their components. It has been disclosed that cytotoxicity of perfluorocarbon emulsions is primarily determined by its stabilizers--proxanoles. Theoretically, the cultures of animal cells are considered to be useful for toxicological studies.
