17 patients with post-intubation stenosis of the trachea were studied. By the extrathoracic stenosis the relative forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1,0) and in and expiratory flow were decreased, total airway resistance (Rt) was increased. After implantation of an endoprothesis the obstruction was significantly lowered (p less than 0,05). After removal of the tracheal endoprothesis further improvement occurred as was demonstrated by an increase in FEV1,0 an flow and by a decrease in Rt.
对17例气管插管后狭窄患者进行了研究。对于胸外狭窄,第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1.0)和呼气流量降低,总气道阻力(Rt)增加。植入内支架后,梗阻明显减轻(p<0.05)。取出气管内支架后,FEV1.0和流量增加,Rt降低,进一步改善得以显现。
