The validity of Bowers and Heilman's (1983) hypothesis that both hemisphere-hemispace and hemisphere-hand connections contribute to the laterality effects for tactile bisection task was examined with 24 children 6.7 yr. old. Stimulus spatial location did not influence laterality.
