[Differential diagnosis of anxiety states and depressive syndromes].

Recently the diagnosis and pharmacotherapy of the mixed anxiety-depression syndrome has gained new interest by the development and introduction of classification systems and second generation antidepressants respectively. In this article the terminology, diagnosis and pharmacotherapy of the mixed anxiety-depression syndrome is mentioned.
