[Adaptive role of the interaction between the neuroendocrine and cardiovascular systems in myocardial infarction].

The state of the sympathicoadrenal, and the kallikrein-kinin systems of the blood as well as that of the hormones of the adrenal cortex was studied simultaneously with the central hemodynamic parameters in 62 patients with macrofocal myocardial infarction. A correlation was established between some parameters of the neuroendocrine system and the indices of the central hemodynamics which is important for the specification of the adaptational role of hormones in acute myocardial infarction and also for the prognosis and selection of the treatment.
