Abstract

The effect of alpha-adrenoblocking agent phentolamine (1 mg/kg) on the ATP, ADP, AMP, inorganic phosphorus, glycogen in the heart muscle of rats of different age (7,30 and 3 1/2 month old) was investigated. It is shown that the nature of changes in the studied factors testifies to a greater sensitivity of the myocardium to the alpha-adrenergic block at early stages of the post-natal ontogenesis.

研究了α-肾上腺素能阻滞剂酚妥拉明(1毫克/千克)对不同年龄(7日龄、30日龄和3.5月龄)大鼠心肌中三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、一磷酸腺苷(AMP)、无机磷和糖原的影响。结果表明,所研究因素的变化性质证明,在出生后个体发育的早期阶段,心肌对α-肾上腺素能阻滞更为敏感。
