The immunoelectrophoresis in cerebral tumours, craniocerebral injuries and cerebral haemorrhages showed antibodies against the pathologically changed cerebral tissue, especially in the case of severe traumata and malignant cerebral tumours. Serum and cerebrospinal fluid of 85 patients were examined. Eight of them showed positive results with antibodies (4 gliomas, 1 craniopharyngioma, 3 severe cerebral contusions with disturbance of consciousness).
对脑肿瘤、颅脑损伤和脑出血患者进行的免疫电泳显示，存在针对病变脑组织的抗体，尤其是在严重创伤和恶性脑肿瘤的情况下。对85例患者的血清和脑脊液进行了检测。其中8例显示抗体呈阳性结果（4例胶质瘤、1例颅咽管瘤、3例伴有意识障碍的严重脑挫伤）。
