The advanced age and resulting polymorbidity of our patients are a great risk in the post-operative treatment of adenomas of the vesical cervix. TUR with low-pressure irrigation is clearly superior to the continuous-rinse resectoscope due to the greater reliability of its suction and is a good method of operative therapy for these old patients due to the low stress it places on them, and can thus clearly improve the quality of their lives.
我们患者的高龄及由此产生的多种疾病在膀胱颈腺瘤的术后治疗中是巨大风险。低压冲洗的经尿道前列腺电切术（TUR）因其抽吸的更高可靠性明显优于连续冲洗式电切镜，并且由于对这些老年患者压力小，是一种很好的手术治疗方法，因此能明显改善他们的生活质量。
