Abstract
Simultaneous pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic measurements were made in six patients following atracurium 0.3 mg kg-1. Good correlation between plasma concentration and response for all patients gave an EC50 of 0.29 +/- 0.04 (SD) microgram ml-1 and a Hill coefficient of 4.6 +/- 0.5 (SD).
