Abstract
An unusual case of pruritic, papular cutaneous mucinosis in conjunction with hypothyroidism is described. Resolution of this disorder followed thyroid hormone supplementation. The various cutaneous mucinoses and the pathogenesis of mucin deposition are reviewed.
