The decrease of activity of leucine aminopeptidase in gastric mucosa and liver cells after truncular vagotomy in rats may be due to disturbances in protein metabolism. The increasing activity of alkaline- and acid phosphatase signals catabolic metabolism. After three weeks all phosphatase reactions return to normal.
大鼠行迷走神经干切断术后,胃黏膜和肝细胞中亮氨酸氨基肽酶活性降低可能是由于蛋白质代谢紊乱所致。碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶活性增加表明分解代谢。三周后,所有磷酸酶反应恢复正常。
