A case of simple eosinophilic granulomatous prostatitis is presented. The simple variety shows an abundant eosinophilic infiltrate of the prostate without peripheral eosinophilia, allergic history or vasculitis. No treatment has been recommended to date. The use of a low-dose steroid provided symptomatic relief in our patient.
本文报告一例单纯性嗜酸性肉芽肿性前列腺炎。单纯型表现为前列腺大量嗜酸性粒细胞浸润，无外周嗜酸性粒细胞增多、过敏史或血管炎。迄今为止，尚无推荐的治疗方法。在我们的患者中，使用低剂量类固醇可缓解症状。
