A case of lateral cephalothoracopagus with posterior auricles is presented and compared with similar cases previously reported. This case is the first, to our knowledge, which exhibits both unequivocal lateral juncture of the faces and posterior auricles. Thus, it may represent a pattern of juncture intermediate between janiceps and lateral cephalothoracopagus.
