The current interest in the subject of environmental mutagenesis/carcinogenesis has prompted much investigation into ways of identifying chemicals which may pose a genotoxic risk to man and his progeny. Various systems have been developed which measure gene mutation, chromosome damage and DNA repair. The main test systems are briefly discussed as well as their usage and limitations.
目前对环境诱变/致癌作用这一主题的关注促使人们对识别可能对人类及其后代构成基因毒性风险的化学物质的方法进行了大量研究。已经开发出了各种检测基因突变、染色体损伤和DNA修复的系统。本文简要讨论了主要的检测系统及其用途和局限性。
