[Increase by the total dialysate leukocyte extract of E rosette formation in human theophylline treated lymphocytes].

The number of rosetting E human lymphocytes is decreased after incubation with theophyllin (10 mg/ml) for two hours at 37 degrees C. This decrease is pently corrected by treatment by crude leukocyte dialysate extract. This effect of crude dialysate leukocytes extract probably in volves an antagonistic action to that of theophyllin on intracellular balance of cyclic nucleotides.
