Abstract

A case of cerebral infarction that showed a disparity between Tc-99m-pertechnetate and Tc-99m-EHDP brain images is presented. Serial Tc-99m-ertechnetate and Tc-99m-EHDP brain images showed not only different lesion-to-nonlesion ratios but different distribution patterns. Tc-99m-labeled phosphate compounds may be useful in the estimation of prognosis in cerebral infarction as well as in differential diagnosis between cerebral infarction and cerebral tumors.

本文报告一例脑梗死病例,其锝-99m高锝酸盐和锝-99m-亚甲基二膦酸盐脑显像结果存在差异。系列锝-99m高锝酸盐和锝-99m-亚甲基二膦酸盐脑显像不仅显示出不同的病变与非病变比值,而且分布模式也不同。锝-99m标记的磷酸盐化合物在脑梗死预后评估以及脑梗死与脑肿瘤的鉴别诊断中可能有用。
