In recent years an increase in benign hepatomata during administration of oral contraceptives has been reported many times. A case is reported here of a 38-year-old woman who took such contraceptives for 8 years. The cardinal symptom was a tumor in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen. Laparotomy revealed several nodules in both lobes of the liver which could be almost completely removed by a wedge-shaped incision. Histologically a multicentric, focal nodular hyperplasia was present. Follow-up examinations after 24 months show no enlargement of the remaining tumor residues.
近年来，多次有报道称口服避孕药期间良性肝肿瘤增多。本文报告一例38岁女性，她服用此类避孕药达8年之久。主要症状是上腹部右象限有一个肿瘤。剖腹探查发现肝脏两叶有几个结节，通过楔形切口几乎可以将其完全切除。组织学检查显示为多中心性局灶性结节性增生。24个月后的随访检查显示，剩余肿瘤残余物未增大。
