Abstract

A case of a long-standing bilateral forward luxation of the temporomandibular joint is presented. A 79-year-old woman with a luxation of 2 month's duration was treated by the so-called Fink's method. In addition, 18 cases of prolonged luxation of the mandible reported in the Japanese literature are reviewed with respect to several clinical items.

本文报告一例颞下颌关节长期双侧前脱位的病例。一名79岁女性，颞下颌关节脱位已持续2个月，采用所谓的芬克氏方法进行治疗。此外，还针对若干临床项目，对日本文献中报道的18例下颌骨长期脱位病例进行了回顾。
