Abstract
In cooperation of ten laboratories the Soviet culture medium Mo. 3 (FINN) was compared with the media used in the GDR for primary cultivation of mycobacteria in routine (German Pharmacopoeia (diagnostic laboratory methods) GDR). The efficiency of the media tested in the study was nearly the same, not only concerning the number of positive cultures but also in time of growth and the number of colonies.

在十个实验室的合作下，将苏联的3号培养基（芬兰）与民主德国在常规培养分枝杆菌时使用的培养基（民主德国药典（诊断实验室方法））进行了比较。研究中测试的培养基效率几乎相同，不仅在阳性培养物数量方面，而且在生长时间和菌落数量方面也是如此。
