Abstract

Statistical analysis (chi2 test) of the interchromosomal distribution of sister chromatid exchanges in bone marrow cells from 3 patients with refractory anemia showed significant differences concerning chromosome 1. Analysis of intrachromosomal sister chromatid exchange distribution concerning chromosome 1 showed that a considerable number of sister chromatid exchanges is localized in the terminal segments of both chromosome arms.

摘要

对3例难治性贫血患者骨髓细胞中姐妹染色单体交换的染色体间分布进行统计学分析（卡方检验），结果显示1号染色体存在显著差异。对1号染色体的染色体内姐妹染色单体交换分布进行分析，结果显示相当数量的姐妹染色单体交换定位于两条染色体臂的末端区段。
