The modern 133(Xe) inhalational method of regional blood flow evaluation is described first in the Soviet literature. Examples of brain blood flow studied in patients with brain vascular diseases are reviewed. The data obtained illustrate the method possibilities in diagnostical and clinical problems as well as in problems of affected brain regions blood supply and function accordance. The use of a safe method with 133(Xe) in regional brain blood supply study will help solving hemodynamic and brain function problems in health and disease.
现代用¹³³氙吸入法评估局部血流的方法最早在苏联文献中有所描述。本文回顾了对脑血管疾病患者脑血流研究的实例。所获得的数据阐明了该方法在诊断和临床问题以及受影响脑区血液供应与功能一致性问题中的应用可能性。在局部脑血液供应研究中使用安全的¹³³氙方法将有助于解决健康和疾病状态下的血流动力学及脑功能问题。
