Application of 17-oxyprogesterone-capronate as a component of complex treatment of 188 patients with stage I-III carcinoma of corpus uteri improved the long-term results at all stages of the process. Hormonotherapy should be recommended as a method of choice in the postoperative treatment of patients suffering from stage I-II endometrial carcinoma with superficial infiltration of the muscular layer or as an independent method of treatment in elderly patients in case of contraindications for surgery and radiation procedures. The method offers good advantages in young patients at the initial stages only.
将己酸17 - 羟孕酮作为188例Ⅰ - Ⅲ期子宫体癌综合治疗的组成部分应用，改善了整个治疗过程各阶段的长期疗效。对于患有Ⅰ - Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌且肌层有浅表浸润的患者，激素疗法应作为术后治疗的首选方法；对于老年患者，若存在手术和放疗禁忌证，激素疗法可作为独立的治疗方法。该方法仅在疾病初期对年轻患者具有显著优势。
