We treated 34 couples who urgently wanted to have children by means of artificial maritogenic insemination. Indications for this were combined asthenospermia and oligozoospermia (in 27 cases), therapy-refactory impotentia coeundi of the husband (in 3 cases) and sterility of uncertain origin (4 couples). We achieved 7 pregnancies. Abortions did not occur. 9 additional pregnancies were registered in 8 couples following treatment. In special cases artificial maritogenic insemination availed to recover from marital sterility. Pregnancies obtained after unsuccessful maritogenic insemination are discussed.
我们采用人工授精的方法治疗了34对急于生育的夫妇。适应症包括合并弱精子症和少精子症（27例）、丈夫治疗无效的性交不能（3例）以及不明原因的不育（4对夫妇）。我们成功实现了7例妊娠，未发生流产。另外，8对夫妇在治疗后又有9例妊娠记录。在特殊情况下，人工授精有助于恢复婚姻性不育。本文还讨论了在非成功的授精后获得的妊娠情况。
