Abstract

The effect of nitrogen and carbon sources on the biotin biosynthesis by the fungal culture Rhizopus delemar 1428 has been investigated. Peptone and soy-bean flour have been shown to stimulate biotin synthesis. With the aid of mathematical planning methods the optimal composition of the nutrient medium and optimal concentrations of its components have been selected. The cultivation of Rh. delemar 1428 on the thus developed medium leads to the accumulation of 600 micrograms/1 biotin in the culture filtrate.

研究了氮源和碳源对真菌德氏根霉1428生物素生物合成的影响。已证明蛋白胨和大豆粉能刺激生物素的合成。借助数学规划方法,选择了营养培养基的最佳组成及其成分的最佳浓度。在如此研制出的培养基上培养德氏根霉1428,可使培养滤液中生物素的积累量达到600微克/升。
