Abstract
Cystometric finding of 93 urge incontinent and 157 not urge incontinent women were compared by evaluating the following 4 parameters: uninhibited detrusor contractions, first desire to void, maximum cystometric capacity and bladder compliance. Of these 4 parameters only uninhibited detrusor contractions were significant for the urodynamic diagnostic evaluation of urge incontinence. Bladder compliance especially showed no correlation to anamnestic urge incontinence.

通过评估以下4项参数，比较了93名急迫性尿失禁女性和157名非急迫性尿失禁女性的膀胱测压结果：逼尿肌无抑制性收缩、首次排尿欲望、最大膀胱测压容量和膀胱顺应性。在这4项参数中，只有逼尿肌无抑制性收缩对于急迫性尿失禁的尿动力学诊断评估具有重要意义。膀胱顺应性尤其与既往的急迫性尿失禁无相关性。
