The effectivity of treatment with 10 mg 6-mercaptopurine/kg/day--beginning on the day of antigen injection and continuing for seven days--on the synthesis of complement binding antibodies is very different. The formation of gamma-2-antibodies against BGG was nearly complete suppressed, an influence on the anti-DNP-gamma-2-antibody formation was not detectable and the antibody formation against HSA was enhanced. The results suggest that the kind of antigen is very important for the immunosuppressive activity of 6-mercaptopurine in guinea pigs.
从注射抗原当天开始,连续7天每天使用10毫克6 - 巯基嘌呤/千克进行治疗,对补体结合抗体合成的有效性差异很大。针对BGG的γ-2抗体形成几乎完全受到抑制,对抗DNP-γ-2抗体形成未检测到影响,而针对HSA的抗体形成则增强。结果表明,抗原种类对豚鼠中6 - 巯基嘌呤的免疫抑制活性非常重要。
