Abstract

A dose of 2.5 mg of Minprostin F2 alpha in hydroxy -cellulose gel was intracervically applied to 30 primigravidae on the eve of planned interruption. Blood samples were taken to determine prostaglandin concentrations. Rise in PG F2 alpha concentrations was recordable from peripheral venous blood of the majority of patients. - A relationship was found to exist between the extent of side effects, clinical success, and circulatory resorption of PG F2 alpha.

在计划终止妊娠前夕，将含2.5毫克前列腺素F2α的羟丙基纤维素凝胶宫颈内给药于30名初产妇。采集血样以测定前列腺素浓度。大多数患者外周静脉血中可记录到前列腺素F2α浓度升高。发现前列腺素F2α的副作用程度、临床成功率和循环吸收之间存在关联。
